New Development
Specs, Permits, Forms, and Projects

Developer Process
All developers, as a condition of acceptance, are required to extend water and/or sewer facilities to the furthest boundaries of their property so that those facilities can then be extended in the future by adjacent properties.

As a first step in working with the district, please download and review the following form, which outlines the steps and provides a way to track the process:
Specs, Fees, Permitting, and Forms
All permits and inspection requests require signatures which must be done in person. Please give us a call to prepare the documents in advance: (425) 235-9200

Statement of Qualifications (SOQs), and Small Works / Consultant Rosters for Engineering Services
Coal Creek Utility District no longer maintains Small Works and Consultant rosters in-house; instead we refer to those registered on the Municipal Research and Services Center (MRSC)'s Roster website.
MRSC is a nonprofit organization that supports local governments and public agencies across Washington State by providing legal and policy guidance, and a roster database of businesses that provide small public works projects, consulting opportunities, and goods and services.
