Utility Billing

Coal Creek Utility District bills every other month for drinking water and wastewater (sewer). If you have questions about your Utility bill, please call 425-235-9200 or email Customer Service.

Warning Regarding On-line Third Party Bill Pay Services
 
The District offers you the option to pay your utility billing through the District website under the “Payments” tab using our “Customer Dashboard” portal. That portal is hosted by Paymentus and is a quick, secure and convenient way to pay your utility bill on-line. There are no additional fees to use the “Customer Dashboard” and payments are posted directly and quickly to your account. However, there are third party bill payment websites that may claim to be an easier way to pay your utility bill. Please be aware these third party services are not affiliated with or endorsed by the District. District customers who use a third party on-line bill payment service may be charged a fee to use such service, may experience delay in the posting of a payment to their District account, and may then incur late payment fees. Please contact District staff at 425-235-9200 if you have any questions or need further information. 

DISTRICT PAYMENT OPTIONS

Pay by phone

Call by Phone at 855-671-9273 any time day or night to make a payment. Have your account number and MasterCard or Visa card ready.

Pay online

Customer Dashboard - You can make a payment, schedule a recurring payment, and view your account balance while continuing to receive your paper bill in the mail.

Quick Pay – (Quick Pay is temporarily inactive) Make one time payments without having to register. You will need customer and account numbers and Visa or MasterCard.

Please note
: When entering your account number, be sure to provide all leading zeros. Maximum payment amount is $800 before an additional transaction is required. Pay by phone and online payment services are provided by Paymentus Corp. If you experience any difficulties with the online or pay-by-phone setup you can call Paymentus Customer Service at 1-800-420-1663.

Paperless Billing

Paperless billing - Enables you to view, manage and pay your bill online without receiving a paper bill in the mail.

Autopay

The District is now offering our customers an automated payment process for paying your water/sewer bill. Customers will receive a normal bimonthly billing statement but the amount due will be automatically deducted from your checking account on or shortly after your due date. You will continue to pay your regular bill until you see "AUTOPAY" in the “amount due” box on the remittance portion of your bill. Please note that any personal information provided is protected and handled with the utmost confidentiality. Auto-Pay application form. Please return the completed form to the District office.
