| Family Living Units | |
| A bi-monthly service charge of $25.82 for each family living unit located on the property together with an additional bi-monthly King County Charge of $55.90 for each family living unit. | |
| Multi-Family, Mobile Home Park: Monthly Charges | |
| A bi-monthly service charge for each such property having located thereon any building containing more than one family living unit or any mobile home park the sum of $25.82 for each family living unit for each 1500 cubic feet of water, or fraction thereof, together with an additional King County Charge of $55.90 for each 1500 cubic feet of water, or fraction thereof, used per family living unit during each month on the property. | |
| The term "family living unit" as used in this section means and includes any apartment, single-family residence or utility pad in a mobile home park. | |
| Commercial Units | |
| A bi-monthly service charge for each commercial unit located on the property, except one for which there is a service connection for industrial waste, the sum of $25.82 per unit for each 1500 cubic feet of water, or fraction thereof, together with an additional King County Charge of $55.90 for each 1500 cubic feet of water, or fraction thereof, used per unit during each month on the property. | |
