MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING

OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF

COAL CREEK UTILITY DISTRICT

OF KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON

Held June 7, 2006

A special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Coal Creek Utility District was held at the District office, 6801 132nd Place SE, Newcastle, Washington, on June 7, 2006. The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Martin at 5:15 p.m. Commissioners Anderson and Kunkel were present. Tom Peadon, the General Manager, and John Milne, general counsel, were also present. The purpose of the special meeting was to consider personnel matters and other District business.

EXECUTIVE SESSION/PERSONNEL

Martin requested an executive session to discuss personnel matters. Following discussion, Kunkel so moved on that basis. Anderson seconded the motion which was carried unanimously. Before convening the executive session at 5:25 p.m., Martin advised that the executive session would be concluded at approximately 6:30 p.m. At 6:30 p.m. the executive session was extended until 7:30 p.m. At 7:30 p.m. the executive session was concluded and open public meeting was reconvened.

OTHER DISTRICT BUSINESS

As there was no further business or persons to be heard, the meeting was adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
